I used to work at Oxymus Company as a Web Developer and an SEO specialist where I am responsible in creating sites on dragndropwebsites.com, doing manual site uploads on it corresponding host domain for it to be available online, link building, promoting sites, article submitter and others. After which I moved to F Key Solutions, Inc., a Canadian-based company where I work as their Sr. SEO Specialist. I am then responsible in promoting sites, link building, article and pdf file creation and submission, transcribing video articles, creating video presentations, rss feeds creation and submission, and other SEO tasks. In this company, I was exposed on different software programs that are used in search engine optimization like market samurai, SenukeX and many others. I have also attended SEO Crash Course at Excentrix Outsourcing and Training Institute and have my On-The-Job Training at Excentrix for two months as their SEO Specialist and IT Personnel Trainee.

My Idea About Home-Based Jobs
Home-based job for me is where a lot of people are earning money and working for it even at home. You can work on your free time to earn an extra. Although you cannot see your employer and they cannot see you, you must be able to build trust and confidence with each other to work effectively. I believe that it can be achieved thru consistent and strong communication. Once you start working, you must make sure that you will abide with the rules and regulations provided and must strictly deliver those deliverables that should be delivered. You must work hard for the money you are earning and not just sit down and receive salary that is not worth the work and output you’ve done. Camaraderie must also be established. You must also be responsible in the responsibility that is given to you.
My Way of Handling Stress
I know that not all stress is bad for me. I have experienced being so stressed in a bad way before due to hectic schedule when I was still studying. That experience helped me a lot to determine how to handle stress for good.
My way of handling stress starts from knowing my stress and then organizing my life and what needs to be organized. With that I can determine what will I do first and what to prioritize. Learning how to react on things also controls me from being overstressed when I am in a situation. I also need my friend sometimes to help me relieve from being so stressed. I make sure that I am still having my normal social life even if I am working. Stress is very important to me.
